This Privacy Policy explains how Sai Ganga Panakeia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Docture-Poly mobile application, our website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

Account and personal information

When you create or manage an account, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, and account identifiers.
• Date of birth, age, gender, and optional address information.
• Authentication information, including a securely processed password and OTP verification status.
• Optional profile photograph.

Health and wellness information

When you enter information or use a compatible measurement device, we may collect:

• Blood group, height, weight, BMI, and other body measurements.
• Medical history and health-profile information that you choose to provide.
• Supported readings such as heart rate, SpO2, and blood-pressure readings.
• Generated health reports and personalized diet, yoga, and wellness suggestions.

Connected-device information

If you pair compatible external hardware, we may collect and store the device identifier, Bluetooth/MAC address, connection status, and measurement metadata needed to link the hardware to your account and process supported readings.

Payment and purchase information

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We may receive transaction information such as the selected plan, amount, payment identifier, payment status, and date. Card numbers, bank-account credentials, and UPI authentication credentials are entered directly into Razorpay’s checkout and are not received or stored by us.

App, interaction, and technical information

Razorpay checkout and embedded YouTube content may process information about interactions with their screens or players. Embedded services may also receive technical information required to provide their features, prevent fraud, and verify app or device integrity.

3. Permissions

• Bluetooth: used to discover and connect to compatible external measurement hardware.
• Photos: used only when you choose an image for your profile.
• Location-related Android permission: may be requested on certain Android versions for Bluetooth discovery compatibility. Docture-Poly does not collect, store, or transmit your physical location coordinates.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and support user accounts.
• Connect compatible hardware and process supported health readings.
• Generate, store, and display health and wellness reports.
• Provide personalized diet, yoga, and informational wellness suggestions.
• Process purchases and confirm transaction status.
• Protect the Service, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.

5. When Information Is Disclosed

We do not sell your personal or health information. Information may be disclosed:

• To hosting, database, storage, email, and infrastructure providers processing information on our behalf.
• To Razorpay when you initiate a payment.
• To YouTube/Google when embedded videos or their previews are loaded or played.
• When required by law, regulation, court order, or a valid governmental request.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• With your explicit consent or at your direction.

6. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website may use necessary cookies to provide requested features, maintain security, remember preferences, and support account sessions. Where required, optional cookies will be used only after consent. You may control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies can affect website functionality.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. Data transmitted between the app, our services, and payment providers is encrypted in transit. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Data Retention

We retain account, profile, connected-device, and health information while your account remains active and for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When a verified deletion request is approved, information scheduled for deletion is removed from active systems within 30 days. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten.

Certain transaction, accounting, security, legal, or medical records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Information retained for these reasons is restricted from ordinary product use and deleted when the applicable obligation ends.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion without reinstalling the app or maintaining access to it:

• Email care@sgprs.com with the subject “Docture-Poly Account Deletion Request”.

Include the email address and mobile number associated with the account. To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify the request using an OTP or another reasonable account-verification step.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account profile, optional profile photo, linked-device records, health information, reports, and related app records, except information that must be retained for the limited legal, regulatory, accounting, security, or medical-record purposes described above.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also choose not to add optional profile information, upload a profile photo, pair external hardware, play embedded videos, or initiate a purchase.

11. International Processing

Information may be processed in India or in other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for transfers between jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

12. Adults Only

Docture-Poly is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create accounts or knowingly collect their personal or health information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our data practices. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
